2013/12/14 Q: When/how will we get our final grades?
A: Final grades will be released via OASIS, by the Office of Academic Records and Registrar. Note that CSCI585 staff does not have control over when this will occur.
2013/12/14 Assignment 3 scores are now available via the DEN Blackboard grade center. A breakdown of mistakes is provided in the feedback section of your submission; you can access this by checking your submission history (in the same place where you submitted the assignment.) A sample of the expected outputs for the queries in Part 3 is also available for your reference. No model answers will be supplied.
2013/11/26 Our second exam is on Thursday, December 5, during our usual class time, from 2:00pm to 3:20pm. Location of the exam will vary from student to student, and is different from Exam 1 so please pay close attention:
  • On-campus students having last names starting with A-O: OHE122 (the usual classroom)
  • On-campus students having last names starting with P-Z: WPH102
  • DEN students coming to campus for the exam: OHE122
  • DEN students taking the exam remotely: as per your proctoring arrangements.
2013/11/26 Tuesday Dec 3 will be a review lecture, ahead of our second exam which will be on December 5. A discussion board is available on DEN Blackboard if you would like to leave any questions that you would like the professor to discuss during the review (please post before noon Dec 2 to allow time to collate and prepare). You may also ask questions in person during the review itself (remote students may phone in "live").
